Greece: A City, A Boat, & An Island

The summer is coming to a close in most parts of the country. Except in Austin, Texas, where we are holding steady at 90 to 100 degree days. But everyone else’s fall temperatures and boot pictures have me reflecting over the last few months. It was has been a great summer for us, MJ and I, and I wanted to share one of my favorite parts of it with you: Greece.

It was a trip I have dreamed about since I can remember. Maybe it was the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, the ocean lover in me, or just the continual desire to see new parts of the world, I am not really sure, but this trip was everything I could have dreamed of. Over the next three weeks I am going to tell you about our two weeks spent in the City of Athens, A Boat called DONOUSA, and the small Island of Milos.

But first let me introduce you to the individuals that joined me on this trip: MJ, Alex, & Alex. You have met Alex and Alex before in their hill country engagement session. They have been great friends to us in Austin and became the travel companions that we enjoyed bottles of wine over games of Euchre. Enjoy a sneak peak of the time we spent in Greece and come back next Monday to hear more about our time in the city of Athens, Greece.
