Instagram doesn’t allow enough pictures to capture it all. And all the moments you don’t capture when these people became family over the last 6 years. Thanks for being our friends. I can’t wait to hear about all the places life tak 6 years ago we said I do and made a covenant to love one another for the days we have on this earth. We then packed up our cars a month later and moved to Austin. The last 6 years with you, in this city, have been more than I could have ever asked fo Getting to watch my friends become parents has been a great joy in my life. I’m really thankful that we don’t have to do life alone and we continue to get to spur one another on as seasons change and life continues to be made new. Hairrel Don’t get me wrong I love candid pictures as a photographer. Being able to capture emotions for people in an event or of how they feel about each other in a season as a family is one of the main reasons I do what I do, but I love the classics j Tonight my friend put the pumpkins that taste like candy corn, but better, out on the table as we started small group and I literally gasped and jumped out of the couch to grab one. She died and said Anna for all the time we have spent together I hav Guys October is almost over. Where has this fall gone?!?! You know what that means though, that Christmas is coming. If you’re like me, it always sneaks up on you. If you want to do Christmas cards this year and get some updated family pictures Today’s a fun day for me. I spent the morning at my engineering program manager role developing my team and the program I help run. This afternoon I get to go second shoot a wedding. This morning my boss wanted to hear all about both. Thankful It does not rain often for hours upon end in Austin, Tx. At least not like Alabama, where I grew up. But when it does, like tonight, it brings back memories of sitting on the screened in porch watching the storm roll in and you embrace every second o Happy Monday everyone! This is going to be a great week. I have a wedding that I will be second shooting for the lovely @victorialiuphoto and we get to show off our city to some of MJs college friends this weekend. What are you looking forward to thi Anyone want to try and squeeze one more camping trip out of this year with these warm temperatures sticking around? I’ll bring the coffee and even wake up and make it for you. That Black and White classic. .

Happy Sunday. Here’s to a great weekend full of beautiful moments and a Monday that continues us onwards. Kisses at sunset, not much sweeter. .

Sneak peak from Kendra and Jason’s session tonight. More to come very soon. Today on the blog I’m starting a series to share with you guys all of what we did in Greece and show you the beautiful sites we saw along the way. If you have ever been interested in traveling to this country you won’t want to miss it! I& My people. I showed up on her door step around 11PM two weeks ago and she had no idea I was coming thanks to scheming and secret keeping by John. It was a restful weekend getting to be a part of the life they have built in Birmingham. I’m just I walked into work today and the first thing my boss said in a super enthusiastic voice was “guys we did it, it’s Friday”. It was so simple but so joyful and so true.
If you didn’t know, I spend a good 40-50 hours a week being I was blown away when I found out Rebecca made this cake. How talented!! It kind of makes me want to go take some baking classes. Such a fun morning celebrating Emmett’s first birthday. Thanks for having me Rebecca and Phillip. [Me and You Babe] .

This picture reminds me of why I wanted to learn photography in the first place. The lightings not great, but it so perfectly describes how I feel about this man. I will treasure this picture forever because of it. Ok last Greece picture for a while but let me just say, if you have a chance to sail in Greece, do it. You won’t regret it and you’ll dream about those days for a long while. Also if you need a recommendation: I would highly recommend boo 🎶🎵Sometimes life, and most times I feel just like a sailboat. 🎶🎵 Tonight we’re eating burgers together not gallivanting on a moon beach at sunset. But would you believe me if I told you there is no place I’d rather be. Love this fella.
